We work with customers one on one to provide the most effective case solution for your product and workflow.

For items we have already digitized, measured and test fit, we can often create a case insert without you ever having to part with your equipment. For example, you need a case insert for a Canon camera body and three. Although that case might not be available in our RTO catalog, the individual items may already be stored in our library, which means we simply combine them into a new design and send you a proof to approve before we cut.

For new items that we need to measure and test fit, we understand the time pressures of and always endeavour to hold onto your equipment for the least amount of time needed to measure, draw and test fit the case insert. Once an estimate has been approved, we will liaise with you to provide a window that works for both parties.

We also keep strong relationships with local camera rental companies and photographic shops which means we can often borrow an item identical to yours to measure up.

For time critical or sensitive projects, we also have an Expedited Service available, which can be quoted depending on the work load of our crew at the time of enquiry.

Although bespoke work is time consuming for us, we sometimes choose to offset and reduce the labor cost of this work, as it means we are always building on our library of objects and equipment.
