Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee as defined by the ACCC, Precision Cases will follow ACCC guideliness to Repair or Replace the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will Refund the item in full.

Ready-to-order case inserts are made to order and are therefor non-returnable if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong one. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before placing an order.

Stocked Items such as Pelican Cases and HPRC Cases (Exluding those bundled with Foam Inserts) are returnable subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if you have changed your mind.
